… is on it’s way. Temperature tonight is expected to be in the high 20’s then low 30’s on Tuesday night. But, this past week and the weekend have been gorgeous. Yesterday was 74. Yesterdays sunrise was gorgeous but I only saw it from my bedroom window. Just couldn’t get out the door. Kids on campus wearing, shorts, flip-flops and tank tops. People were biking and playing football at the city park. I took advantage of the weather and made a couple trips to the nature areas. I’m making chili soup today. Stay warm.

It’s been that way here, too. Temps in the 80s today and tomorrow, frost and highs in the 50s this weekend. Brrrr!

It dipped below zero this morning. The cold now makes it feel like winter and we had another beautiful red sunrise. Well, stay warm!

No, I don’t think it did, either. It is cold this morning. I just checked at it says 32 degrees. It’s the time of year for layers of clothing.

Yeah, it’s that time of year. I’ve had a Ficus Tree for the last 13 years that I’ve moved inside during the fall and outside during the spring of each year before and after seasonal frost. This year it stood almost 7 feet tall and weighted well over 150 lbs. Yesterday I donated and delivered it to the day room in a new building of Rowan Helping Ministries here in Salisbury, NC. I don’t have to move it again and its life and beauty can be appreciated by those who have so little — a plus, plus result. Great starburst in the photo! Monte.
