A Sunday Morning Petunia Fix

[ngg src=”galleries” ids=”69″ display=”basic_slideshow”]Sorry you have to bare with me as I play with this new camera and lens, putting up with all sorts of images, some which could be quite boring. Spent the morning crawling around on my knees at the CSU Flower Trials Garden and wanted to share what I found. I’ve used the camera exclusively since it arrived. The feel is getting to be second nature. It is a solid body much different than the Fujifilm X-T10. It is also very responsive. I’m not as intimidated with it the first time I held it.

It has been hot for several days and today is going to be another one. Hope you have a wonderful Sunday.

Retired. Having fun with photography. Journal daily. Meditate daily. Learning haiku. Have a love for fountain pens.

I checked pretty close, Monte, and there’s not a single boring image among these beautiful photos. Wonderful colors. I’d say just keep on practicing with that new camera and keep us in the loop with the resulting photos! 😉

Petunia’s were the flower of the day! And, pick any color you want. That’s why they call it the Flowers Trials Garden. I am having fun practicing with the camera.

I’m happy to ‘bear’ with you but not gonna ‘bare’ anything! 😉 Sorry, my brain has built-in spellcheck – except when I need it!

It looks like you are getting a good handle on that camera. The colors are gorgeous and the compositions are pure Monte. Looking forward to more!

Thanks, Tom. Yes, I’m learning and becoming much more comfortable with it in my hands. I have more to share in the coming week on the things I’m learning.
