Looks like James, my barista, had a long night but is still smiling this morning. And, coming home from coffee shop I saw a six foot tall fluorescent green bunny rabbit walking along West Prospect. Suspect they were headed towards campus. Could be an interesting place to visit today.

I’ve never been too excited about Halloween and that’s true today. However, I know that there are many who feel differently and celebrate the day with enthusiasm and style. I’m making another assumption but with masks as a requirement for much of the world we probably will see more people dressed down from previous years, or not. Anyway, enjoy your Saturday and the candy corn pieces.
A barista is someone that specializes in making and serving a variety of beverages. They usually work at a coffee shop, bookstore, or in a bar that serves coffee or espresso specialty drinks. In addition, most baristas call you by name, know what your normal drink is and also dress in costumes pretending to be pirates, beautiful pirates.
It is that time of year again. Kids are making decisions of what super hero or princess they want to be this Halloween. I’m wondering about pumpkin pies with mountains of whip cream. 🙂
While on my way to meet a friend for lunch I passed this family selling few pumpkins. I just had to stop and get a photo. They weren’t very talkative but they also did not try to sell me anything. I wonder if the truck still runs! Hope everyone has a good weekend!
