Wearing socks tonight…

Red sky at night, sailors’ delight.
Red sky at morning, sailors take warning.

The red sky as I left my condo this morning reminds me of the above ancient rhyme often repeated by mariners. Clouds have moved in, temperatures are dropping and snow expected to start about 9:00 pm. May see 3-8 inches and probably wearing socks tonight to bed.

Retired. Having fun shooting Fujifilm cameras. Journal daily. Meditate daily. Learning haiku. Have a love for fountain pens.

We have at least 2-3 inches of snow as of this morning and a crisp 19 degrees. Snow plows are out and clearing the way for those souls who need to get to work or their coffee shop.

Lovely sky and photo, Monte. Hopefully, your feet stayed warm, and you slept well. It’s still a roll of the dice here weather-wise, one day unseasonably warm and then suddenly colder again. A new normal, perhaps.

Thanks, I slept like a baby last night. I saw your weather was all over the place. I eep tabs on your weather. Not sure if it’s the new norm or just is the way it’s gonna be or keep changing.
