Monte, not only have I noticed this but I experience it regularly.

If I was to venture a guess somewhere just out of frame of this photo had to be a table with old magazines, a TV stuck on a news channel and perhaps a wall with vending machines. 🙂

LOL Pretty close. I was in the Kansas City airport on a 3 hour sit, waiting for our aircraft to arrive. Just in front of me is a Starbucks. To my right is a table with my Kindle, journal and mocha latte. Relaxing! I try to stay away from the TV’s, quite depressing.

I don’t think Earl noticed that the floor is too clean to be a waiting area for an auto mechanic. At least not the guys I go to. Or you cloned out the dirt.
I do like this shot though.

That you made the photograph in the airport goes along better with what you were wearing. I suppose you might dress that well just running errands like car repair, though I rarely do.

Yes, as any good detective would deduct, you are seeing part of the uniform I wear. When not working I wear Keen sandals, Ecco shoes or running shoes. Kaki pants would with cargo pockets would be my uniform outside of the aircraft.

I saw you in the auto repair shop waiting area. Maybe dressed for work and no alternatives. An emergency repair job, maybe. Whatever the specifics the photo certainly says, “Waiting”. Where did you find a mechanic with an immaculate shop??
