Noticed these shadows at a local coffee shop. This shop has always catered to the local artist and can have some really wonderful work up.

Nice capture Monte. I like frequenting these types of cafes, ones that double as galleries to local artists. It’s a great idea that provides a ready-made, appreciative (for the most part) audience for the artists and visual stimulus for the clientele to go along with their caffeine-induced stimulus 🙂

Nice to see your posts again, Monte! Keep up the exercise and some good dark roast couldn’t hurt either. We have a coffee shop that opened within walking distance and it’s such a nice spot to just hang out. On Friday’s they bring in a small musical group for an evening session.

I’m in favor of those smaller locally owned shops that reach out and invite customers in for a wide community experience, doing it with music, artists, special events and more. I have met other customers who are now friends. Oh, and yes there’s the coffee!
